We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead sales and business development for Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) Systems and Advanced Visual Guidance Docking Systems (A-VGGS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of airport infrastructure solutions, experience in technical sales, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across aviation authorities, consultants, and contractors.
Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the airport infrastructure sector.
- Promote AGL and A-VGGS solutions to airport authorities, EPC contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and post-sales support.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Market & Product Expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance solution offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including engineering, project management, and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales of airport systems, preferably AGL and A-VGGS.
- Familiarity with ICAO, FAA, and DGCA standards related to airfield lighting and guidance systems.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand system integration requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with airport authorities and aviation consultants.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and government procurement norms.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
