Sr Account Manager-Process Automation We have an opportunity for an Sr Accoun Manager to join Honeywell Finland where you will be responsible for Identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base and potential customers to drive revenue growth, Engaging in negotiations with clients regarding contracts, pricing, and scope of services to align with company objectives while satisfying client needs and Working in conjunction with various internal teams, such as engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery
Frequent Travel is a standard requirement of the job; frequency may vary with an expected 60% within Finland and Estonia Territory

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including executives, engineers, and purchasing managers. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and technical support, to deliver value-added solutions and services to customers.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favourable terms and conditions for Honeywell Process Automation. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on automation solutions, technology trends, and best practices.
- Represent Honeywell Process Automation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Must Have Skills
- Experience of b2b sales in process / automation industry
- Knowledge of process automation systems for example DCS, Safety Systems, PLC, Advanced control solutions, Field instrumentation
- Work experience from the process industry
- Finnish language, native. English, fluent, other languages considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Minimum BSc at electrical, automation or similar engineering science
