Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Squad Lead to join the PnL team in Porto, part of the Risk department. This system is
responsible for loading, certifying, and publishing the PnL (Profit & Loss) figures, that is a profitability KPI
representing the economic results of the bank.
The project team consists of Business Analysts and Developers located in Paris and Porto. The candidate will
collaborate closely with international IT teams and business users.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Act as the business knowledge reference for the development team, bridging communication with the entire team and proactively chasing answers when needed;
- Coordinate across teams to anticipate dependencies and remove blockers;
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment;
- Own relationships with internal clients to optimize and develop new features;
- Design, document and maintain system processes;
- Gather, analyze and document user requirements and functional specifications;
- Conduct quality assurance by defining and executing test cases;
- Academic or professional background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, or Risk Management.
- Prior experience in IT projects within financial institutions is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
Soft Skills
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Language
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level required).
- Proficiency in French is a plus
