Strong SQL DBA who is currently working into live production support.
Responsibilities:
• Installing and upgrading the database server and application tools.
• Clustering : Active & Passive nodes
• Log shipping
• Mirroring
• Scheduling Jobs
• Backup & Restore Jobs
• Performance tuning
• Resolving client’s live production issues.
• L2 & L3 production support.

Skills Required
- 7-10 years of relevant DBA experience
- Proven experience as a SQL DBA in live production support
- Installing and upgrading database servers and application tools
- Configuring and managing clustering (Active & Passive nodes)

- Implementing and managing database mirroring
- Scheduling jobs and managing backup/restore jobs
- Performance tuning of databases
- L2 & L3 production support and resolving live production issues
