SQL/BI Consultant

• Design and develop a Cloud based architecture to deliver Business Intelligence analytics in the Cloud (AWS and Azure)
• Participate in architectural discussions , iteration planning, and feature sizing meetings with technical partners across NMIMS
• Develop/Design at scale ETL and Data Architecture components in Cloud based tool like Data bricks and Snowflake to drive business analytics and data sharing needs in the on AWS and Azure
• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms
• Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
• Develop and update technical documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5- 8 years of programming experience.
• Knowledge of GO-Lang and frameworks available for it {{such as GO-MUX etc depending on technology stack}}
• Knowledge of  MS-SQL,MYSQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of integration between frontend and backend.
• Knowledge of  MS-SQL,MYSQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of  integration  between  frontend and backend
• Experience in BI reporting tools - (Tableau/Domo/Power BI/SSRS)
• Strong Data Architecture and SQL programming skills
• Experience in Cloud Based ETL tooling like Azure Data Factory
• In-depth understanding of designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions for different personas (analysts, sales, marketing, research etc.)
• Exposure and understanding of complete SDLC
• Experience with Cloud based systems in AWS and/or Azure
