Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and structured Senior Associate / Consultant to join our Sportsbook Strategy team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent) who are passionate about the sportsbook industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, bringing long-term thinking and data-driven insights to complement an execution-focused team. They will scrutinize performance metrics, establish structured problem-solving frameworks, and help shape the strategic direction of our sportsbook business, with a primary focus on Brazil, Spain, Portugal, and Canada.

  • Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses on sportsbook performance in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, and Canada, utilizing data to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making. Work closely with local Operations Teams and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to define and track key metrics.
  • Long-Term Strategic Planning: Develop structured, forward-thinking strategies to enhance sportsbook performance, ensuring sustainable growth and differentiation in these key markets.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Establish mechanisms to track and analyze competitors’ strategies, regulatory changes, and market trends in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, and Canada to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Work cross-functionally with product, trading, commercial, and marketing teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure execution. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
  • Business Case Development: Translate insights into actionable business cases that drive traction with product and tech teams. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and track progress against key milestones.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sportsbook operations and propose structured solutions to improve decision-making and execution speed.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent) or a strategic role within the sports betting industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities – ability to define key sportsbook performance metrics, analyze them rigorously, and translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into concise, impactful recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across different business units.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of sportsbook dynamics, including product offerings, trading mechanics, and regulatory landscapes, particularly in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, and Canada.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
