Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories.
Job Description:
Realplay is looking for self-driven data operators for the Spring/Summer baseball and softball season. As a member of our Sports Operations Team, your work will contribute directly to the fast-paced growth of our company, and the advancement of the sports tech industry as a whole. Our Sports Data Operators will be tasked with:

Attend Realplay's partner facility "Kemba Sports Complex", to score live games using our software.

Attend indoor facility where Realplay equipment is set up to score pre-recorded games

Become trained to operate our proprietary software
- Engage with customers/tournament attendees as needed

Communicate with supervisor and other staff to achieve a common goal

Treat all equipment properly and with care

work directly with management staff to execute strategic objectives

Contribute to product development and go-to-market plans
Requirements:
