WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Sport Marketplace Director (SMD)- Nike Training and Nike SKIMS will lead a squad across Merchandising and Marketing to deliver commercial results and shape the LaTAM business in service of Consumers. Based in Mexico City, the Training and Nike SKIMS SMD sits on the Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) Training and Nike SKIMS Leadership team and will work closely with teams both locally and at the APLA HQ. The Sport Marketplace Director- Training and Nike SKIMS will report into the GM of APLA Nike Training and Nike SKIMS with a dotted line to the VP/GM of LaTAM.

A strong commercial background with a proven history of driving results across Retail, Sales, Merchandising and/or Marketing.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize consumer and marketplace data to drive action across teams.
An adaptable leader, who is both a strategic thinker and a doer: someone who can zoom out and connect dots across teams, while rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Sport Marketplace Director- Training and Nike SKIMS your primary focus will be leading the LaTAM Nike Training and Nike SKIMS Offense, driving commercial results and shaping the future marketplace.
Galvanize the team around the Nike Training and Nike SKIMS strategy and future vision for LaTAM.
Lead the local Training and Nike SKIMS squads through the seasonal Go-To-Market process.
Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork to shape the consumer experience end to end with your merchandising and brand squad teammates
Conduct territory specific analysis in partnership with the Geo and make recommendations to inform and influence strategy and seasonal priorities.
Inform and influence seasonal and annual targets, in partnership with your cross functional team (e.g. Local GM, Finance, Planning and Sales).
Interface with key retail accounts in partnership with teammates in Sales.
Drive commercial alignment and execution to deliver seasonal targets and a profitable pull market.
Influence ongoing marketplace elevation with internal account teammates and external partners.
Shape the consumer-led marketplace growth strategy for Nike SKIMS as we launch the brand in Mexico and CaSA in FY26 and FY27.
