Events Strategy and Execution

Sponsorships and Partnerships
- Develop and execute the organization’s sponsorship strategy in line with brand and commercial objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure sponsorship opportunities that enhance visibility, audience engagement, and revenue potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead sponsorship negotiations, proposal development, rights packaging, and activation planning.
- Ensure sponsorship deliverables are executed to a high standard and provide clear value to partners.
- Work closely with commercial and content teams to create integrated partnership opportunities across platforms, events, and branded initiatives.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sponsorships, public relations, events, brand partnerships, or corporate communications.
- Experience within a media organization, broadcaster, publisher, entertainment company, or similarly fast-paced brand environment is strongly preferred.
- High editorial awareness of regional media nuances is a huge plus
- Proven track record of leading successful sponsorship deals, PR campaigns, and high-profile events.
- Strong existing network across media, PR, events, and brand partnership ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
- Arabic fluency is a must
Preferred Qualitificaitons:
- Media experience is a great plus
- Experience in working with dashboards Looker Studio or any other BI tool
- Experience in building data pipelines for reporting purposes
