Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta- Wsparcie klientów w ramach procesów i usług Polcard from Fiserv;
- Obsługa banków, posiadaczy kart i punktów akceptujących karty płatnicze;
- Komunikacja z klientami (email oraz telefon) oraz obsługa ich zapytań;
- Dbanie o najwyższe standardy pracy i zadowolenie klientów.
