- Proactively monitor annual specification targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure success.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new opportunities within assigned channels.
- Optimize the project channel pipeline through daily analysis of project status and conversion metrics, to enhance sales strategies and forecasting.
- Develop precise specifications and compelling quotations, collaborating effectively with line management for timely approval and ensuring accuracy.
- Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive Key Account database, monitoring its effectiveness monthly to nurture strategic relationships and track engagement.
- Constant monitoring of sales results to meet targets and improve performance.
- Contribute to team success and strategic development through internal collaboration.
- Support and actively participate in relevant industry events to enhance market presence, networking, and thought leadership.
- Maintain the corporate reporting system with precision and timeliness, ensuring data integrity for strategic decision-making.

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred (Mechanical, Architectural & Civil).
- 5-7 years of experience in building materials project business; experience in the Sanitary industry is highly preferable.
- A strong understanding of local market demands is essential.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Experience using SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and socializing skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels.
- Outstanding persuasion skills to influence decision-makers and secure partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and pipeline metrics.
- High presentation skills to articulate value propositions clearly and convincingly.
- A professional, courteous, and helpful manner in all interactions.
