Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing software engineering teams to design, code, and test applications that enhance user experiences
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in software projects
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop and maintain software applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices for seamless functionality
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to validate software standards and performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to share perspectives and act on feedback for continuous improvement
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Promoting business process improvement and innovation within software engineering practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
