We are seeking a Source-to-Pay Platform Specialist to join American Tower’s Supply Chain Management organization’s Supply Chain Strategy team. The team focuses on the governance, configuration, support, performance, adoption, and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay platforms. Day to day you will partner with procurement, sourcing, finance, business enablement, IT, business stakeholders, and solution providers to support platform stability, data integrity, process alignment, user enablement, issue resolution, and scalable adoption of advanced capabilities. As a Specialist, you will help optimize Source-to-Pay capabilities, including workflow automation and AI-enabled functionality.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You Can Offer Us
- Own day-to-day administration, governance, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay platforms.
- Maintain platform standards, including configuration documentation, data integrity, access controls, user permissions, release readiness, and audit support.
- Configure and support workflows, approval rules, templates, integrations, master data, security roles, and related platform administration activities.
- Partner with IT, vendors, procurement, sourcing, finance, business enablement, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and support platform performance.
- Support user adoption by developing enablement materials, training Power Users and frequent users, monitoring usage trends, and identifying opportunities to improve self-service behavior and process compliance.
- Monitor ticket trends, system performance, adoption metrics, data quality, cycle times, manual workarounds, and recurring issues to recommend practical improvements.
- Support AI-enabled Source-to-Pay capabilities, including workflow automation, spend analytics, contract intelligence, sourcing recommendations, and decision support.
- Support Source-to-Pay roadmap planning and supplier-focused quarterly business reviews by gathering feedback, tracking priorities, and documenting opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field required.
- Between 2–4 years of Source-to-Pay, procurement systems, procurement operations, and/or related business technology roles experience required.
- Hands-on experience configuring, administering, testing, supporting, or implementing Source-to-Pay platforms such as GEP, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, and/or similar procurement systems required.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, contracting handoffs, supplier onboarding, procurement workflows, approvals, controls, and reporting required.
- Experience supporting platform workflows, approval rules, templates, integrations, user access, security roles, master data, configuration logs, and system documentation required.
- Ability to analyze system performance, adoption metrics, ticket trends, data quality issues, and process gaps to recommend practical improvements required.
- Experience supporting full-cycle Source-to-Pay implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, and post-launch optimization preferred.
- Experience applying AI-enabled procurement tools, automation, analytics, or digital assistants to improve efficiency, user experience, compliance, and decision-making preferred.
- Experience working in cross-functional transformation initiatives involving procurement, finance, IT, data governance, suppliers, and business stakeholders preferred.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning and analytics platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Structured Query Language, and/or related enterprise reporting and integration tools preferred.
- Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
