- Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Enhance and maintain existing SAP ABAP applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to the company's technical roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP ABAP issues, providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and communicate technical designs, ensuring clear and concise documentation for future reference.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOP concepts, and experience with SAP UI5/Fiori development.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
