Job DescriptionThe Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the wider Revenue Enablement team with content production, process management and improvements, reporting and communication.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams.
- Build content and resources for in-person and e-learning training (including videos, slides, smartpages and certifications)
- Maintain content libraries and repositories.
- Manage internal communication campaigns via email, Slack, and similar tools.
- Manage operations for in-person and virtual training events, such as booking suitable venues and ensuring resources are prepared.
- Coach commercial colleagues to enhance their sales methodology (including call reviews, role plays and performance frameworks).
- Deliver training for new and existing colleagues.
- Manage data from training and other initiatives (including the analysis of data to identify and report on outcomes and gaps).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Tech, or SaaS
- Commercial experience (nice to have but not a must)
- Payments knowledge (nice to have but not a must)
- Understanding of Sales Methodology (MEDDIC is a nice to have but not a must)
- Tech-savvy and data-driven
- Familiar with AI models
- Clear and engaging communication skills with an executive presence
- Good writing and english grammar
- Stakeholder management (being able to influence and inspire senior leaders)
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Content creation and instructional design
- Agility, adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Proactive nature with the initiative and creativity to bring new ideas to the table or challenge the status quo
- Passionate about developing colleagues
