Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation, processing and review of regulatory reporting.

Education and Relevant Experience
- 5 years of regulatory reporting working experiences in bank of PBOC/CBIRC/SAFE etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance/Financial Engineering/Computer Sciences /Econometrics/ Mathematics preferred).
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and data standards with good acknowledgement on bank business.
- Data analytical prowess to comprehend complex data sets for critical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues, able to interpret the real nature behind the data.
- Adaptability and resilience for quick and constant evolving with the changes of reporting landscape of new regulations, technological advancements, and business changes, be adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges and tight deadlines.
- Communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex data and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management, other departments, and external Regulators, including effective written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especial Word/ Excel/ PPT
- Programming skills will be a plus
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing reporting management frameworks and strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess data risks which is proficient in data analysis, risk modeling and reporting with ability to use python, SQL, programming skills and Microsoft Office/Word/ Excel/PPT etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently to deliver high-quality results
