Job Details
The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and compliant end-to-end setup, administration, and maintenance of Cencora GCS projects. The role supports global operational teams by maintaining high-quality master and transactional data, coordinating quotation processing with opportunity owners, and driving continuous process and system improvements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project and Quotation Set-up and Maintenance of Cencora GCS Projects within MS Dynamics 365, including but not limited to
    • Preparation of Project Structure, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Team and Scheduling, Financial Dimensions, which includes initial set-up and/or revision of project information.
    • Generation of Sales Price, Billing Schedule, Billing Rules, Milestone Allocation and Transaction Adjustment.
    • Preparation of Journals for Hours, and Items
    • Management of Project Contract, Terms of Payment and Purchase Order
    • Budget Creation and Tracking of Hours and Cost.
    • Project Closure
    • Setup of Timesheet Delegation
    • Quotation processing, submission and coordination with Opportunity Owners for each opportunity.
  • Take on other system functionalities assignment if needed
  • Daily entry of key data in database, such as but not limited to trackers, ticketing system, SharePoint.
  • Consistently look for better ways to work and identify process improvements.
  • Communication with relevant stakeholders such as PMs, Opportunity Owners, Requestors and preparation of related reports and records in the context of project and quotation management, setup and maintenance.
  • Supporting the team lead with daily business tasks as needed.
  • Work together with related stakeholders like Business, IT, Finance and HR for the system related concerns and resolutions thereof.
  • Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course.
  • Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives.
  • Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.

Experience and Educational Requirements
  • 1+ year of proven experience in invoicing or accounting processes or comparable education like IT or system background
  • First experience with invoicing and basic accounting procedures

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or a related field required. Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent certification preferred.
