About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate Licensed to support brokerage and investment clients by providing exceptional service, account support, and operational assistance. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal business partners, handling inquiries related to brokerage accounts, securities transactions, account maintenance, and trading support while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, active FINRA licenses, and experience supporting clients in a financial services, brokerage, securities, or trading environment.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, funding, customer service and technical support within Customer Service
- Review less complex products and services to customers
- Ensure proper booking and maintenance of accounts, tracking and monitoring pipelines on an ongoing basis for compliance, documentation, funding, and maintenance of accounts
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders
- Provide assistance to frontline staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Completed at least two (2) years of tertiary education; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in brokerage operations, securities services, wealth management support, or trading services.
- Experience providing telephone-based support to brokerage or investment clients.
- Working knowledge of securities markets, investment products, and brokerage account servicing.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Willing to work onsite at the BGC, Taguig office.
- Ability to meet performance, quality, and compliance metrics.
- Commitment to maintaining active licensing requirements and completing continuing education obligations.

Skills Required
