CLPe was established in 1985 and is wholly owned by CLP Holdings Limited. It is dedicated to promoting the transition to low-carbon energy and sustainable development in Hong Kong and cities across the Chinese Mainland, assisting the Hong Kong SAR Government and the nation in achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and 2060 respectively. CLPe provides energy infrastructure and one-stop smart energy management solutions for customers in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, empowering them to accelerate their green transition and achieve low-carbon, high-efficiency energy management.
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated candidate to join CLPe Solutions Ltd. The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for the central administration functions to ensure an effective and efficient execution on the Company’s policies, procedures and workflow
- Supervise and motivate the local administrative team to perform project administration, procurement & payment application, project financial status forecasting and monitoring
- Manage day-to-day operations including but not limited to office supplies and equipment maintenance as well as workplace housekeeping and office safety in site offices
- Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure smooth operation of the branch
- Compile reports, presentation and statistics regularly for management review
- Act as a representative in various company activities
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- A recognized Diploma in Business Management plus 3 years’ relevant experience or a minimum of 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) plus 5 year’s relevant experience or equivalent
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Possession of accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Proven interpersonal, organized and team building skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
Skills Required
