Purpose & Scope

As a member of BioPharma Manufacturing, specialist of Planning & Control for BioPharma Manufacturing will play a critical role in assisting activities related to cross-sites/ cross functional projects and governance process etc to assure smooth, effective and efficient operations in the functional unit in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across functional units and regions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage local and global projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate the local and global governance related system and workflow such as SWIFT or A Forest in the Functional Unit
  • Coordinate and assist Functional Unit to track KPIs, OKRs and other business metrics
  • Coordinate and assist Functional Unit to develop and execute mid-term plan and annual plan including Functional Unit’s objectives and budgets
  • Facilitate strategic projects/ initiatives at corporate/ Functional Unit level and assist to proceed with them
  • Clarify mid-term issues on Functional Unit and facilitate to tackle them collaborating with Functional Unit head, team members and other Functional Units

  • BS/BA or equivalent degree with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing such as production, quality control, facility, production management
  • Preferably experience in project management

 

Location and Working Environment

  • This position is based in the US and requires a few domestic/overseas business travel up to 10%.
  • This position is preferably based in Sanford-TC and will require on-site work.

Salary Range

$93,100-133,000 (Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and organizational equity considerations.)
