The Role

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist II to work in a priority pillar on the Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) team in the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography.

In APLA IFP, we serve the APLA marketplace by leading operations planning, orchestrating the supply chain through peaks, and managing a continuous flow of inventory with the right product, at the right place, at the right time, all powered by data & insights.

In this role, you will support the Seasonal Readiness pillar by providing visibility of the APLA Marketplace, monitoring and aligning order book management, identifying risks & opportunities while leading process improvements and defining best practices.

We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in supply chain who will support our mission to be on the offense always.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

A Supply Chain Specialist II on the Integrated Fulfillment Planning team will support the health of the orderbook, focusing on timely updates and clear communication. You will collaborate with our Territory IFP partners, as well as Geo Supply and Inventory Planning, to execute our Consumer and Territory strategies. You will also support a key seasonal deliverable with Nike Direct order entry.

You will oversee the orderbook for all APLA Territories, ensuring alignment across functions. You will work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and, at times, ambiguous environment where being proactive is key to your success. You will lead with a consumer-first and marketplace mindset to deliver speed across all orders. Peer mentoring and best practice training is also key to your success.

In addition to bringing a positive attitude and team first mindset, you will:  

  • Conduct proactive orderbook audits, identifying and escalating issues and rectifying errors
  • Create and modify orders on demand
  • Collaborate with peers to develop and streamline best practices
  • Track multiple deliverables with varying cadences across multiple seasons
  • Support contract consumption tracking and adherence to guidelines
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of key system configuration tables

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Supply Chain Specialist II will work closely with our 3 other IFP Pillars (Launch, Operational Readiness & Forecasting + Fulfillment Planning), as well as with Territory IFP partners, and Geo DSM and Merchandising Info Specialists. You will report to the Manager of Seasonal Readiness in APLA IFP.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Problem solver, critical thinker, proactive
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
  • Ability to analyze, storytell, and influence with data
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, Tableau
