You will work across multiple sport teams, partnering closely to shape how the brand shows up in moments that matter most. Your work will sit at the intersection of sport, culture, and community, creating meaningful connections between our athletes and consumers.You will lead specific projects and contribute to cross functional collaboration across Brand, Sports Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Cities, and Global partners. This role requires comfort working in ambiguity, the ability to move fluidly from one initiative to the next, and a mindset oriented toward problem solving and opportunity identification. Priorities will shift based on team needs and the evolving sport and cultural landscape, and you will play a critical role in helping teams navigate that change.As an orchestrator of Brand Initiatives, you will be accountable to shape and deliver integrated marketing plans. You will identify new ways to connect with athletes and communities, drive college experiences, develop platforms and experiences that feel authentic, emotive, and culturally relevant. Your strategies will be informed by consumer insights and data, developed in partnership with city, geo, and global teams.The outcome of your work will drive brand distinction across North America, strengthen our relationship with athletes and partners, and reinforce the role of sport as a force for progress.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHWe’re a diverse, inclusive, innovative and passionate team.   • 2-3+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Interest and understanding of the Gen Z/Gen Alpha Consumer and understanding of the media and digital platforms they are on
  • Deep understanding of College & Athlete Landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with team player spirit that can thrive in ambiguity
  • Proven track record to drive strategic vision, ensure follow-through and deliver results
  • A self-starter with problem solving mentality and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Analytical skills to gather business and consumer insights and apply learnings
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and operate proactively
  • Passion for sport, fashion and retail
