WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As part of the Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, you will work on stories and marketing campaigns inspired by the Athlete Way; featuring products, athletes and services to inspire and enable the youth. You will develop, support and drive timely and effective delivery of seasonal Marketing plans, ensuring product innovation & member engagement is at the forefront of all planning and execution across all relevant partners and their channels.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Specialist will play a pivotal role in pushing boundaries while ensuring the timely and effective execution of seasonal running marketing plans. Product innovation and consumer engagement will be central to this role, driving impact across all relevant partners and their channels. The Specialist will also continuously evaluate campaign performance to drive insights for future marketing stories.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic marketeer with a strong background in digital and/or retail marketing and a deep affinity for Sport Performance (specifically Running), the Sporting Goods industry, and the marketplace. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating innovative thinking, a growth mindset, and an unwavering commitment to executional excellence. Collaborative teamwork and the ability to work effectively with multiple partners will be essential.
Key Skills:

Strong background in digital and/or retail marketing

Passion and experience in running and/or the running retail landscape

Experience in executing marketing campaigns and storytelling initiatives

Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Strong analytical skills for campaign evaluation and consumer insights

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will support seasonal running campaigns and ongoing storytelling by adapting Nike's overall marketing plans, with a focus on Product Innovation and Sell-Through. Specific responsibilities include:

Campaign Support: Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and always-on storytelling initiatives, ensuring alignment with product innovation and sell-through strategies

Partnership Cultivation: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies and marketplace partners to ensure seamless execution

Primary Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for integrated marketing functions, collaborating across teams to align on objectives and deliver high-impact results

Consumer Insights: Continuously gather and apply consumer insights, helping Nike and partners better serve their target audiences and shape both short-term and long-term marketing strategies
