WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with Nike Direct Sports Crew, Digital Experience, Digital Marketing & Integrated Media, Digital Operations, Digital Commerce, Digital Merchandising & Planning, collaborating to bring the assigned sport experience to life on Nike.com and the Nike App.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to join our Digital Experience team within Nike Direct Digital. In this role, you will focus on putting the consumer at the center of everything we do and help create strong connections between Nike and athletes*. You will assist in defining and implementing strategies that drive commercial growth and enhance the consumer journey on Nike.com and the Nike App. Your goal will be to optimize digital user experiences and increase conversion rates, making it easier for consumers to browse, decide, and purchase, while driving revenue and profitability.

What you bring:

  • Proven expertise in e-commerce: You have a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including how to optimize online shopping experiences and improve conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills: You can analyze consumer behavior, website traffic, and other performance metrics, drawing actionable insights from dashboards and reports (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working across diverse teams and can effectively communicate data insights and business actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making: You are comfortable interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions that enhance user experiences and drive growth.
  • Communication skills: You can clearly present your findings, create persuasive presentations, and explain complex ideas in a simple way.
  • Project management: You have the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution for seasonal stories and campaigns. You excel at organizing deliverables in a deadline-driven environment and balancing competing tasks to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Detail and execute the Experience Bring to Life plans for your assigned Sport on .com and Nike App, effectively collaborating with the Nike Direct Sport Crew and the x-functional Bring to Life team. Ensure the plans are set up for success and deliver the planned business results for seasonal campaigns, key franchises and collections as well as the overall 365 experience for your assigned Sport​
  • Auditing the consumer experience on Nike’s digital platforms, analyzing key data (e.g., click-path, traffic, conversion rates), identifying user experience (UX) opportunities, and implementing changes to improve conversion.
  • Walk the .com and Nike App experience multiple times per week to find and resolve any suboptimal experiences​
  • Interpreting data from multiple sources (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to identify trends and actionable insights, ensuring those insights are translated into tangible business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, buying, planning etc.) to implement digital initiatives, such as major seasonal events.
  • Supporting digital campaign planning by helping manage pre-season and seasonal briefing processes, while balancing conflicting priorities and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Presenting insights, updating playbooks, and sharing best practices across teams to ensure continuous improvement in digital experiences.
  • Coordinate and deliver x-functional Performance Reports for key launches on a regular cadence (e.g. 24hr / 7 days / 4 weeks / 12 weeks) and provide input for MBRs and QBRs ​
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless, data-driven execution of digital campaigns and ongoing platform improvements.
