Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As an RBC Ambassador, you create value at the moments that matter most to newcomers and help them achieve their goals by collaborating with your colleagues and partners at RBC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with local community organizations that support newcomers' settlement. • Focus on educating newcomers, including through demonstrations, and leverage technology to deliver a memorable customer experience, enhance the brand, and build customer loyalty.
  • Explore, innovate, and promote excellence in both the customer and partner experience.
  • Collaborate with internal (Together at RBC) and external partners to ensure newcomers receive personalized and specialized advice.
  • Travel within the region to meet with community partners and clients as needed.
