Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in banking operations or account management
- Skilled in BRDs, UAT support, bank integration processes, and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Prior experience in improving workflows, supporting system integrations, and coordinating with business and technical teams.
- Experience in account opening/updates/closure, corporate account types, and KYC compliance in the banking sector.

- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
