The Role
Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking to add a Brand Ambassador to their team.
The Opportunity:
We are a high-growth startup in the home remodeling industry led by a retired Army officer. This isn't a typical retail or "booth-standing" job. We are looking for high-energy, assertive individuals to serve as the face of our brand at home shows and community events. Your primary mission is to engage homeowners, qualify their needs, and secure Issued Appointments for our design team.

  1. High-Level Prospecting: Master the ability to engage and qualify a lead in under 60 seconds.
  2. Resilience & Discipline: Learn to maintain a positive, proactive attitude through long event shifts and a high volume of interactions.
  3. Real-World Sales Logic: Understand the "Lead-to-Revenue" pipeline—learning how a simple conversation at a booth turns into a multi-thousand-dollar project.
  4. Operational Reliability: Build a reputation for being the person who shows up, executes the plan, and delivers results, gaining you trust and increased responsibility.
The Primary Objective:
Your success is measured by Issued Appointments. This means you don't just "get a name and number"—you qualify the homeowner, ensure all decision-makers will be present, and schedule a specific time for our sales representative to enter the home.
Your Role at the Event:
  • Engage: Actively intercept foot traffic and initiate conversations with homeowners.
  • Qualify: Follow our straightforward checklist to ensure the lead is a homeowner with a genuine project need.
  • Schedule: Collect all needed customer information and pass to event lead.
  • Collaborate: Work with the event lead and owner to debrief on lead quality and event performance.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to and from event sites.
  • Ability to remain on your feet and energetic for a six-hour shift.
  • A "winning" mindset and a proactive, outgoing personality.
Compensation:
We offer $10 per hour and a performance-based incentive for every Issued Appointment you generate. For those who are reliable and hungry, this is a path to significantly higher earnings than traditional entry-level roles, and a standout addition to any resume.
