Can you help us?We are looking for an exceptional individual to anchor our special projects group. Someone relentlessly curious, outcome-oriented, empathetic, self-aware, and market-aware. The job is to:

You will help us design every detail of this org, establish the foundations for the talent function at Chai, and get the perfect person into every seat. You will develop your nose for polymaths, outlier talent, and exceptional genius, wherever they may be found.
