In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Yapidmas PlantationJob Description
- Compile and summarize key operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for estates and mills.
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries of operational performance for senior management review.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO’s office and estates/mills to ensure instructions are clearly conveyed and updates are received promptly.
- Prepare visit reports after the CEO’s estate and mill visits, capturing key findings and action items.
- Support project monitoring by tracking progress of key operational initiatives and highlighting delays or risks.
- Assist in basic data compilation for forecasts and budget preparations as required by the CEO.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO to support efficient management of estate and mill operations.
- This position is based in Sandakan
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the palm oil industry or a related sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
