- Outreach to devotees who show up at Greenfield the first time.
- Plan work retreats or days of service.
- Oversee coordination of volunteers for various events.
- Train volunteers.
- Administrative duties involved in volunteer coordination.
- Host guests.
- Recruit, train and develop volunteers, volunteer leaders, and key individuals.
- Analyze demographics to initiate new programs geared to introduce newer devotees to service activities, retreat options, service options, etc.
- Process financial transactions.
- Answer incoming calls
- Backup for processing the month end financial reports.
- Perform all general office duties such as clerical, greeting visitors, scheduling grounds tours and supporting the staff.
- Create and maintain business procedures and training manuals.
- Manage daily e-mail correspondence.
- Responsible to follow SRF’s policies and established processes.
- Other position-related tasks, as assigned.
- College Degree is preferred.
- Background in Education.
- Knowledge of and experience with SRF principles and standards.
- Demonstrates successful administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent SRF adequately when dealing with the public.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
- The ability to function well in a multi-task environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel and Publisher.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- The ability to honor and maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT.
