Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio.
This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment.
The position is shift-based.
Responsibilities
- Supervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standards
- Monitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and support
- Act as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shift
- Ensure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularities
- Handle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes, or responsible gaming concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare reports and communicate key insights to management
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Previous experience in live gaming, casino operations, or similar environments is highly desirable
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and integrity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts
