About the Role
Mandara Spa at Atlantis Paradise Island is hiring a Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations at one of the world's most iconic resorts. As Manager on Duty, you'll run the floor, coach the concierge and spa attendant teams, and drive the guest experience, service standards, and sales results.
What You'll Do
- Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily operations and guest flow
- Coach, schedule, and support the concierge and spa attendant teams
- Resolve guest feedback, complaints, and billing issues professionally
- Drive retail and booking sales performance against goals
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy
- Support payroll and inventory processes
- Manage spa logistics for group and wedding bookings
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of spa supervisory experience, or 6+ months as a senior concierge at a Mandara, Elemis, or Bliss spa (internal candidates)
- Experience with a spa POS/booking system (Book4Time, Mindbody, SpaSoft, or similar)
- Customer service background; retail experience a plus
- Comfortable with basic accounting and Microsoft Office
- Strong leader — dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills Required
- At least 1 year of spa supervisory experience
- Alternatively, at least 6 months as a senior concierge at a Mandara, Elemis, or Bliss spa for internal candidates
- Experience with a spa POS or booking system such as Book4Time, Mindbody, SpaSoft, or similar
- Customer service background
- Basic accounting skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Retail experience
- Bahamas work authorization eligibility
