Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator leads and grows Impact City FC's outreach and player development programs by overseeing Juniors, After School Programs, CityReach, and Camps. This role creates opportunities for children and families to experience high-quality soccer, hear the Gospel, and become connected to the mission of Impact City FC. This role also coaches 2 club teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Juniors Academy programs
Lead After School programs
Coach two club teams
Coordinate CityReach weekly pick-up games and special events
Plan and oversee seasonal camps
Recruit, schedule, and equip trainers and volunteers
Identify and recruit players into Impact City FC teams
Implement ICFC systems, culture, and standards
Attend weekly staff meetings and required club events
Grow spiritually, as a leader, and as a coach
Achieve budgeted player goals for Juniors
Achieve budgeted player goals for After School Programs
Achieve budgeted player goals for Camps
Consistently execute weekly CityReach programming and annual events
Recruit players into Impact City FC teams
Document at least two player or family transformation stories each year
Deliver programs with excellence and strong participation
Passion for using soccer to impact children and families
Soccer coaching or youth program leadership experience preferred
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to recruit, equip, and lead volunteers
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
Growth-minded and teachable
Aligned with the mission, vision, values, and Statement of Faith of Impact City FC
