Join our dynamic team at Texas Instruments as an Entry-Level ATBP equipment non-capital sourcing Specialist . In this developmental role, you will support the sourcing of equipment spare parts and process supplies critical to our semiconductor manufacturing process. You will receive structured mentorship and on-the-job training to build expertise in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and supplier engagement — positioning you for long-term career growth within TI's global Procurement organization.
Primary Responsibilities
• Support the development of sourcing strategies for critical equipment spares and process supplies commodities
• Assist in analyzing market trends and compiling data to support competitive pricing negotiations
• Learn and stay updated on semiconductor market dynamics and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify key suppliers and assist in performance monitoring
• Complete structured rotational assignments and training programs as part of the NCG onboarding curriculum

Minimum Requirements
• Less than 24 month work experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated analytical ability
• Internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or finance is a plus, but not mandatory
