HybridWhat you will do
The Sourcing Specialist has end-to-end responsibility for all sourcing and contracting activities associated with tactical and delegated spend in relevant procurement categories and geographies. He/She is responsible for procuring goods and services within the scope of Kenvue’s business policies and procedures, at the best negotiated terms for price, quality and delivery to support Kenvue’s business operations. The person is responsible for category support, delivering cost savings, supplier panel optimization, contracting excellence and buying channel compliance.
The role also includes suppliers and stakeholders management.
Categories in scope could include Marketing, HR & Business Services, IT Services, R&D and Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services (CCFS).
This position is for 12-months fixed-term contract with possibility of prolongation.
Key Responsibilities
Review purchase requisitions and manage relationship with requestors,
Manage the full end to-end sourcing process within relevant categories delegated spend,
Organize sourcing events, evaluate results, negotiate terms and conditions and communicate with suppliers as needed,
Ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery,
Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities & compliance improvement education,
Resolve supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies,
Determine requirements for contract creation,
Manage the contract execution process, from creation until to signature and including archiving in the Kenvue CLM system,
Negotiate full contract terms, in line with Kenvue guidelines, policies and procedures,
Collaborate with Kenvue SMEs, within Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other functions as needed,
Review and recommend contract amendments through the contract lifecycle, in collaboration with Kenvue’s business end-users,
Ensure that Sourcing and Contracting activities are aligned with industry standards and meet relevant legal or regulatory requirements,
Drive added value projects within regions and cluster,
Support Category Leads on specific projects.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of sourcing or contracting experience,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in indirect procurement in Shared Service Center, pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry,
Experience in working in multi-national companies with diverse culture,
Fluency in additional European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian…),
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
