That´s why, the IX/Consulting team is looking for a Management Consulting Analyst who will help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and/or fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chains. You use your data skills to develop and implement strategies that improve the entire supply chain process by applying cost efficiency, increasing business effectiveness, and creating synergies and collaboration across companies. You’ve also got the communication skills to make sure that everyone understands your ideas and how to get them working as quickly as possible. Your experience means that people look to you for guidance and ideas. And you know how to make sure teams get their work done on time, every time.
- 1-2 years of management consulting experience supporting procurement and / or strategic sourcing initiatives
- Minimum of 1-2c years of external experience at a consulting firm or 3-5 years of internal
consulting experience in a role equivalent to consultant level within industry
- A bachelor’s degree
- Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated project management, consulting, leadership, and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives
- Proficient at building and nurturing client relationships; proven client-facing skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail plus demonstrated abilities in problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
