Position Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas

Your Role

This role serves as a strategic partner to Property Operations, supporting mission-critical data centers across North America. The position is responsible for leading sourcing initiatives and managing key property service providers that support day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, facilities services, and critical infrastructure support. The role bridges site operations and Supply Chain by ensuring service performance, cost control, vendor accountability, and operational reliability across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
What you’ll do

• Provide leadership in strategic sourcing to support Property Operations across the Americas, aligning with Property Managers and key stakeholders to drive value through sourcing, negotiation, and service standardization
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with property service providers, improving service performance, response times, and contract compliance across a multi-site portfolio
• Oversee procurement and supply chain activities for property operations categories including facilities maintenance, janitorial, security, elevator, and other building services supporting Data Center Operations
• Be a key team member and leader in developing and executing the Supply Chain & Procurement strategic plan
• Lead supplier performance management efforts, including business reviews, KPI tracking, and annual supplier evaluations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive cost control initiatives by analyzing spend, validating invoice accuracy, and identifying opportunities for portfolio-wide optimization

What you’ll need

• 5-8 years of experience in property management, facilities management, supply chain, or a related operations environment
• Direct experience overseeing property service vendors such as elevator maintenance, janitorial, security, or other building services
• Experience managing site operating budgets, forecasting expenses, and reviewing vendor invoices
• Demonstrated ability to enforce service level expectations and hold vendors accountable to performance standards
• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Legal teams
• Comfortable analyzing spend data and making financially sound, operationally practical recommendations
• Experience supporting multiple sites or a regional portfolio preferred
• Data center experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
