Job Description- We are looking for a Sourcing Manager Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end management of sourcing and recruitment demand, including the positioning of consultants across various streams.
- This role involves close coordination with sourcing, recruitment, and account management teams in both France and Romania, as well as with consortium partners.
- The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing cross-functional sourcing processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the demand backlog for sourcing/recruitment and the positioning of consultants
- Oversee demand intake and sourcing prioritization
- Coordinate with sourcing SPOCs in France to identify the right internal profiles (bench, future bench)
- Collaborate with recruiters in France and Romania for external recruitment
- Work closely with account managers in France and Romania to capture demand, share shortlisted profiles, and follow the validation process
- Ensure sourcing timelines and deadlines are met
- Work with consortium SPOCs to relay and monitor requests
- Reporting: Produce sourcing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Escalation: Take part in global governance; escalate issues and propose solutions to program and business unit management
- Languages: Fluent French and English
- Travel required
