Ariba System Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain system configurations, user roles, and permissions.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage procurement-related projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and new module implementations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, finance, IT, and other departments to understand business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
- Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes or tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba and project management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems integration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Power Suite expertise (back-end build of PowerBI, PowerApps, etc.)
