  • Partner with Logistics and Trade Compliance to optimize duty, freight, and total landed cost.

Capacity Planning & Seasonal Execution

  • Lead capacity planning and dual-source strategies to protect supply on key programs and top-volume styles.
  • Drive seasonal execution from vendor allocation through production readiness, ensuring calendar adherence and material availability.
  • Coordinate the supply of Pendleton mill fabrics to cut-and-sew partners, aligning mill and vendor timelines.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve production risks early, establishing clear ownership and timely decisions.
  • Monitor on-time delivery against agreed ex-factory shipping windows and use production readiness checkpoints to keep seasons on schedule.

Quality & Responsible Sourcing

  • Partner with Quality to monitor vendor defect rates and customer returns and drive improvements in product quality.
  • Partner with Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Social Compliance to improve supplier performance and advance responsible sourcing.
  • Champion audit coverage, timely remediation of compliance findings, and wool and fiber traceability.
