As a Sourcing Data and Analytics Specialist - Digital Technology, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing methods to gather and manage sourcing & procurement data including but not limited to spend & savings data, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, sourcing projects, payment terms & invoices.
• Defining measurement of sourcing & procurement KPIs, track KPIs and create performance reports for management to review.
• Conducting sourcing & procurement process analysis using analytical models in MS Excel, Access, & Power BI.
• Reviewing and analyzing data to locate areas in the sourcing & procurement processes that need improving.
• Developing and managing publishing of sourcing & procurement performance KPI’s dashboard using data sources of various sourcing & procurement processes.
• Constructing and maintaining the ongoing analyses of a deep fact base for purchased commodities / services.
• Overseeing moderately complex internal initiatives and coordinating the execution across the internal stakeholders.
• Working with other departments, such as Finance, Business Operations IT, to validate data accuracy and alignment on performance analysis & reporting.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business management or related fields.
• Have at least 5 years of prior work experience in a Data Analyst role
• Have an advanced level of proficiency in working with large amount of business data using MS Excel, Access, & Power BI
• Have experience working with ERP (SAP, SAP- Ariba, Oracle).
• Demonstrate excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Demonstrate working level understanding of Relational databases and SQL
• Have interpersonal skills for gathering data and presenting results.
• Have attention to data detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English language.

Desired Characteristics

• Have previous experience working with Sourcing & Procurement analytics.
• Have exposure to Finance, Cost Accounting & Project Savings Analytics
• Demonstrate project management skills.
• Have Project Management or Supply Chain Management certification is preferred.
