As a Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering you take the ownership of initiatives in strict synergy with the Supplier Quality Manager and the execution team within the Fuel Control Safety Solutions-FCSS business. In this role, you will follow an individual working plan, meet initiatives related objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
As a Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for:
- Lead initiatives and actions in close collaboration with the business Global Supplier Quality Leader and staff with a significantly high impact on the organization
- Preparation of Scorecard Review for all production facilities
- Preparation of monthly Supplier Quality metrics and reporting
- Benchmarking with other business lines to capture best practices
- Creation and deployment of QMS standards
- Scout business processes opportunities for automation (eg via generative AI) and finalize Business Cases
- Drive complex suppliers’ related problem solving activities across the sites
- Coordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of Supplier Quality Development Plan
- Manage effective communication between the project execution team (e.g., Buyer, Fulfillment, Project Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project Engineer, etc.) and suppliers, to ensure quality and on-time delivery execution.

- Possess lean and process optimization proven track of records
- Own a significant experience in one or more of the following industrial areas: raw material, machined parts, engineered systems

- Have an Engineering degree or equivalent working experience
- Have previous expertise in oil & gas/automotive business
- Have previous role as quality, operations manager across big corporations considered a matter of preference
- Have experience with QA/QC tools and techniques

- Willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 60,800 To 83,600. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
