You will work closely with Sourcing Managers and business stakeholders, effectively triaging requests, administering contracts, and upholding contract and sourcing records. • Complete non-sourcing requests using preferred suppliers and established pricing models.
  • Create, maintain, and progress contracts in the Coupa CLM system, ensuring adherence to approved workflows.
  • Coordinate redlining and review cycles, ensuring contracts meet policy and governance requirements.
  • Monitor, report, and execute contract renewals, amendments, and extensions according to contracting guidelines.
  • Perform technology-enabled support within pre- and post-acquisitions, including AI-enabled contract review.
  • Act as the first operational control point for upstream S2C activities.
  • Advise users on preferred buying channels, supplier concepts, and sourcing processes.
  • Answer user and stakeholder queries related to sourcing and contracting workflows.

Who You Are:
You have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your organizational skills are exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can support others by providing clear guidance and solutions. You are proactive in ensuring compliance and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve common goals. Your communication skills are strong, enabling you to interact seamlessly with a variety of stakeholders. You are driven by a sense of responsibility and take pride in contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered.)
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, AP, VMD, KYC, or similar fields.
  • Experience working with procurement and/or contract management systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Coupa CLM system.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled contract review and technology-enabled support processes.
