Role Overview:

As an intern on the Solutions Sales team, you will play a foundational role in building out the future Solution Engineering team for Consumer & Brand. You will collaborate with the Product team to assess systems, tools, and solutions, while contributing to key documentation efforts. This role offers exposure to solution strategy, technical architecture, and business development, preparing you for potential entry-level opportunities as the team evolves. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in Solution Engineering, Product Strategy, and Sales Enablement while working at the cutting edge of data-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product team to analyze and assess internal systems, tools, and solutions.
  • Assist in developing critical business documentation, including data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, business requirement templates, and solution overviews.
  • Support the creation of sales collateral such as sell sheets and presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Contribute to the formalization of solution strategies that leverage technology, data, loyalty, retail, and CPG insights.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support go-to-market (GTM) strategy development for new and existing solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align on business objectives and data-driven strategies.
  • Assist in the documentation of business processes and operational frameworks to drive efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a college/university program or a recent graduate in Business, Technology, Data, or Systems-related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data and its role in business decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of retail, loyalty programs, and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries.
  • Experience with business process documentation and solution architecture.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about technology, data, and business integration.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement materials and GTM strategies.
  • Familiarity with the GasBuddy mobile app and its features.
