About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable Solutions Engineer to join our fast-moving team. You’ll act as the connective tissue between our customers and our product to ensure smooth integrations, unblock technical challenges, and translate customer needs into product insights.
This is a hybrid role for someone who loves working with people as much as they love solving integration challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, engineering, and product teams, and play a key role in both post- and pre-sales workflows.

Responsibilities
Guide customers through integration and implementation, serving as their technical point of contact
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack
Collaborate closely with the product team to relay user feedback
Support sales conversations by providing technical perspective
Build tooling, documentation, and workflows that make future integrations smoother for everyone
Qualifications
1–2 years in implementations, onboarding, or customer-facing technical roles
Comfortable with complex software or AI, and fluent with integrations, APIs, and agents
Able to speak to data hosting and customer environments during implementations
Excellent communication skills
Startup-oriented mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, not precious about what you need to do to get a job done
Bonus
Experience writing technical docs or building tooling
Track record of working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
Experience supporting high-growth products or startups
