As we scale the business, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join us through this next phase of growth.
Our company is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to collaborate with co-workers across the world. This role requires the availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Solutions Engineer who isn’t just looking for a job but wants to make a lasting impact at the intersection of fintech, payments, and cutting-edge technology. This isn’t your typical Solutions Engineer position—it’s an opportunity to be a key player in onboarding clients, optimizing the developer experience, and shaping how businesses interact with our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product, leading integrations that enable global businesses to move money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than ever before.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through seamless API integrations, ensuring they get from kickoff to production smoothly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, write sample code when needed, and act as the technical point of contact for key clients
- Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get clients live—whether it’s debugging API requests, refining documentation, or working through edge cases with engineering.
- Take full ownership of the client integration journey, ensuring blockers are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Partner with sales to support pre-sales discussions, answering technical questions and helping prospects evaluate integration feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering to escalate complex issues, improve API reliability, and advocate for developer-friendly enhancements.
- Collaborate with product to refine API documentation, streamline onboarding flows, and ensure the developer experience is best-in-class.
- Provide feedback to enhance API usability based on real-world client experiences.
- Help create guides, tutorials, and best practices to improve integration speed and reduce friction.
- Stay on top of industry trends, developer needs, and fintech advancements to help shape our API roadmap.
- Zoom out to understand how integrations drive business impact while obsessing over technical details that make the developer experience delightful.
- Balance short-term client needs with a long-term vision for scaling our API ecosystem.
- Adapt to changing client needs, shifting priorities, and evolving business requirements.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring integrations are smooth, scalable, and future-proof.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or API Integration role.
- Strong technical background with experience in REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, etc.).
- Basic coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable debugging and writing sample code).
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Prior experience working with sales, product, and engineering teams to support client integrations.
