The Solutions Engineer is a key technical role responsible for delivering innovative solutions, driving partner success, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless integration and implementation of solutions, enabling both partner satisfaction and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Guide partners through the implementation of solutions, ensuring best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during integration, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support to maintain and enhance partner satisfaction
- Proactively monitor and respond to partner issues.
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to define features around successful Ad partner integration and monitoring.
- You'll provide technical support and account management in conjunction with building specs and release feedback
- Work with clients and partners to implement and maintain integrations
- Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and define, test, and roll out new features to our platform
- Work closely with the product team to improve partner success across our platform
- Develop and maintain internal tools to monitor partner health.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into platform usage
- Troubleshooting system errors and escalates internally within the team. Gather partner logs and analyze with internal data.
Qualifications for Position:
- 3-7 years’ experience in AdTech/MarTech at a top-line publisher, AdTech, MarTech, DSP, SSP, Ad Network or Ad Agency preferably as a Solutions or Integrations Engineer
- Ad Operations experience in the portfolio is strongly desired.
- Demonstrate a clear ability to digest complex technical documentation.
- Understanding all things “Ad Tech” including having the ability to compare and contrast Direct and Programmatic pipelines/channels. Be able to document and present your vision, concepts and strategies clearly and succinctly.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, logical, and results-oriented skills preferred
- Demonstrable portfolio of cross-functional team orientation, alignment, evolution and self-study
- Working knowledge of common tool sets and industry terms such as POSTMAN, URL editors/parsers, VAST, XML, OpenRTB, JSON, PMPs
- Expertise with data tools like Athena, RDS, Snowflake, SQL is must have

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $126,000-$150,000.
