We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join our growing Sydney team. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in our Partner Success strategy by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, specifically focused on enabling our partners. 



Partnership Responsibilities:

Working closely with our APAC Channel Director and Customer Success Managers you will:

- Onboard new Partners on AB Tasty products

- Coordinate and deliver training to Partners Teams, so they pass their Fundamental and Expert Certifications 

- Create and maintain technical sales collateral specifically for partner use

- Participate in the main business reviews with key Partners

- Support best practices and process improvements for effective Partner management

- Answer technical support questions from key partners.


Solutions Engineering Responsibilities: 

Working closely with our Key Account Managers and Account Executives, you will:

- Design and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client audiences.

- Assist Sales representatives in developing strong responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).

- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) trials and provide technical support to prospects during the evaluation process.

- Enable the APAC team on AB Tasty’s additional products. 



Minimum Requirements

- Full Professional Proficiency in English - TOEFL 100/120 or more, IELTS 7.5/9 or more.

- Ability to be proactive in identifying problems and solutions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs…) & more importantly curiosity to learn more about technical aspects

- Excellent communication and teaching skills

- Organised & comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-tasks environment

- Master's degree in Business or Computer Science

- 2+ years of experience in Digital/Technology Partner or Client Success Management



Preferred Requirements

- Blend of consulting, search, technological and/or display experience

- Experienced in on-boarding clients; implementation and integration experience
