The Opportunity

Our suite of products is market leading in the customer experience space, and we're enjoying terrific success. Our growth targets are ambitious, and we need committed, successful people who have the skills, experience and track record to work with their team to develop and drive enterprise wide growth. Join our team as a Solution Consultant! This role involves working with customers to implement innovative technology solutions that deliver outstanding digital experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to define overall account strategy, focusing on a technical vision and developing an impact roadmap that supports long-term customer strategies.

  • Develop and present a persuasive Argument, ensuring it aligns with both the technical and business objectives of the customer.

  • Define and own the customer architecture and technical breakthroughs, working with Account Solution Consultants to build a comprehensive Technical Case narrative.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to establish positive relationships with customer C-suite, acting as a senior trusted advisor.

  • Provide advisory services covering the entire customer journey, including customer experience (CX) and internal employee experience.

What Your Primary Accountabilities Will Be

  • Validate the current state and goals of the customer, translating them into a target state vision supported by an IT roadmap.

  • Assist in the transition to post-sales and value realization stages, advising on operationalizing the mutual business strategy.

  • Conduct regular architecture reviews to clarify and adapt to new requirements, ensuring a stable client-vendor relationship.

  • Serve as the primary technical expert guiding and supporting Expert.

  • Contribute to the customer experience by developing long-term strategies, offering industry insights, and aligning client needs with Adobe's wide range of solutions.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Broad knowledge of Adobe solutions and deep expertise in key domains such as customer journey management, data management, implementation, integrations, personalization, and analytics.

  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and how Adobe fits into outstanding enterprise solutions.

  • Leadership capabilities and project management skills to align sales resources and drive knowledge across the region.

  • Outstanding soft skills to communicate vision, challenge objections, and provide compelling thought leadership.

  • Experience engaging with CxO level executives and developing positive relationships with practitioner architects.

  • Skilled in developing technical plans, defining key achievements across multiple phases, and ensuring smooth integration of sophisticated technologies.

  • Familiarity with working in the Middle East region; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Job Specific Proficiencies & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Higher level of education preferred.

  • 2+ years of pre-sales or consulting pre-sales experience within the Adobe ecosystem.

  • 5+ years of technical solution experience with Adobe DX solutions.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in technical roles.

  • Demonstrable experience with successful Enterprise Architecture engagements.

  • TOGAF qualification is highly desirable.

  • Expertise in end-to-end processes and solution matching.

  • Experience with Design Thinking in customer engagements.

  • Sales process experience and strong presentation and communication skills in English.

  • Ability to build and communicate use cases and value propositions effectively.

  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain a solid understanding of competitor solutions and industry trends.
