We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who will be a key strategy partner translating product knowledge and expertise into client-facing content. They will provide product expertise to internal partners and clients with the ability to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders - in order to position Carrum as strongly as possible in the market.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be crucial in providing strategic guidance throughout the sales process. You’ll be responsible for driving sales by bridging the gap between Carrum’s solution and employer business needs via knowledge sharing. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Provide live support and thought partnership for prospect meetings in partnership with the Commercial team, including running product demonstrations, leading sections requiring subject matter expertise
  • Partner closely with the Commercial team to offer strategic guidance in understanding clients’ objectives and challenges to provide expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and RFPs
  • Design and deliver product presentations based on requirements, strategic themes, and competitive sales conditions
  • Leverage your expert insight on key deals, competitive intel, and market landscape to help shape our products, packaging, and the way we broadly message our solution to clients in partnership with GTM and Marketing leadership 
  • Own management of SME inquiries from Account Executives
  • Convey customer requirements to implementation, account management, product management/development, and client success teams to secure a seamless customer experience

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, healthcare or technology company preferred
  • Track record in technical proficiency, change management, and impacting a commercial team’s success rate
  • Ability to collect and analyze feedback on an ongoing basis to assess areas for improvement and effectiveness of our solution - from a process and product perspective.
  • Ability to problem solve and offer ongoing strategic guidance
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
